I had been asked to conduct a judges clinic at Ski Motion.  I have money in
my budget to pay the cost of travel and a room if there are sufficient
number of people who want to attend a 4 hour clinic.  (6-8 judges to justify
the clinic expense). 

 

If there aren't enough judges who want to attend, perhaps we can meet in
Waterloo again like we did last year.  I'm fine either way.

 

Please advise.

Hi Jojo/Larry/Mark, I raised the possibility of a judging clinic at the
last board meeting and got some interest, but I had assumed it was a
separate event to Ski Motion Safety/Driver Testing. I submitted a grant
request for Ski Motion, but I do not know the status. I included a note in
the request that we were considering a Judging Clinic, but I had no date
and this would have take out request over $1000.
 
I would like to know more about what the Judging clinic involves. Mark, if
you have details could you forward to me.
 
With the amount of work we have on in the club at the moment, and Ski
Motion coming up very soon, I am not sure we have the cycles to get the
judging thing done, but get me more details and I will see what I can do.

      I still do not have a confirmed committment on the Ski Motion.  I will
cover mileage out of my     
 budget if the region can cover part of a hotel room.   I will cover my own
food and  cost of printing   
 for the tests.   I budgeted 500 for the year and still have to do a clinic
in
FL in June. I was hoping
