[MRSSA News] Bylaw change approval process

Bruce sent me an email wanting to know if we would be able to approve our
bylaw updates by Thursday of this week?

I have one change left to do as requested by Bud on when Dues are paid.
I will send this last (hopefully) change out tonight by 8pm.
Bruce is reviewing and they may have additional changes.
Bruce indicated they would have their feedback to me Tue AM.
So another version would come out Tue evening.

Can we do this via an email vote on Wednesday?
I could possibly set up a conference call on Wed. as well.
