I've been working on updating the bylaws per USA-WS & NSSA


The "WHAT IF ..." document contains the suggested changes.

The "MRSSA Bylaws" document is what I consider to be complete with all
changes.
Please review & comment.

I am still working on the Policy & Procedures document they recommended
creating.
