All,

To help your NSSA Regions prepare their Bylaws to be in compliance with the
NSSA - USA-WS Bylaws I have attached a general requirements outline for your
use.

Remember - we are hoping that all Regions can submit their revised Bylaws
prior to the November NSSA BOD meeting (with enough time for the NSSA Bylaws
Committee to review & approve).

If you like - just send me a copy of your current Regions Bylaws (Pdf
format) and I will prepare a "blue line / red line" working document for you
that will make the process almost painless (blue line - questions or
comments / red line - mandatory changes).  This could expedite the efforts
of those in your Region to complete this task.

If you have any questions, we could go over them at the WWSF TT next
weekend.
