<DIV>To help your NSSA Regions prepare their Bylaws to be in compliance with the
NSSA - USA-WS Bylaws I have attached a general requirements outline for your
use.</DIV>

<DIV>Remember - we are hoping that all Regions can submit their revised Bylaws
prior to the November NSSA BOD meeting (with enough time for the NSSA Bylaws
Committee to review & approve).</DIV>

<DIV>If you like - just send me a copy of your current Regions Bylaws (Pdf
format) and I will prepare a "blue line / red line" working document for you
that will make the process almost painless (blue line - questions or comments /
red line - mandatory changes). This could expedite the efforts of those in
your Region to complete this task. </DIV>
