I also believe we talked at TT and decided to have it in Rochester. I have set aside the training room at Fire Station #1 for this. I feel we cannot pass any further out than one week as we will find that we are not going to make everyone happy. The reason we set the date as the last Sun in Sept is because of attendance, and the difficult task of finding a date that would work for everyone. It is a little disheartening to find that so many of us cannot set this date aside ahead of time. I am not above compassion for extenuating circumstances, and have had to miss this meeting myself. Let’s all make an effort to be flexible enough to make one of these dates work, whether to attend, or, get on the call in conference call.
