have sent out a couple of responses on this and found out that they weren’t
getting out, because of the cities change in e-mail address. I believe
the meeting is supposed to be on the 30<sup>th</sup> not the 23<sup>rd</sup> I
hope that is the date we are all talking about. I also believe we talked
at TT and decided to have it in <st1:City w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Rochester</st1:place></st1:City>.
I have set aside the training room at Fire Station #1 for this. If the 30<sup>th</sup>
is in fact the suspected weekend by all, and there is a potential to be poorly
attended we can consider the 7th. I feel we cannot pass any further
out than one week as we will find that we are not going to make everyone
happy. The reason we set the date as the last Sun in Sept is because of
attendance, and the difficult task of finding a date that would work for
everyone. It is a little disheartening to find that so many of us cannot
set this date aside ahead of time. I am not above compassion for
extenuating circumstances, and have had to miss this meeting myself. Let’s
all make an effort to be flexible enough to make one of these dates work, whether
to attend, or, get on the call in conference call. Please respond in a
timely manner.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
