January and I'm not on the list. The due date was supposedly Jan
15th. One interesting note is that I mailed my form in. Two others
on my team faxed theirs in a couple month's later and they are both on the

USA Waterski is holding us accountable for this, they really should be doing a
better job of record keeping. I've actually taken the safety
certification two years ago and the driver's test twice; once two
years ago for a class A rating, and last year again for a class B rating.
Both times I was given a "temporary card" which I was told was supposed to be
followed up with an "official" card ...which I never got either
time. I sent in my driver certification renewal form prior to the
deadline earlier this year, but still have not received a new card and my
name is not on the list. It appears to me that if they want to
be able to enforce this with any kind of authority ...and avoid hassles at
tournament time, they had better get their record keeping in
order.</SPAN></FONT></P></DIV>

have copies of the paperwork - so I can verify who actually completed the

members of my own team on either the safety or drivers list - who I know have

the safety course with me (2 years ago) that are not listed.</SPAN></FONT>
