Hi Joel,

Thanks for stepping up and taking the President job. 

I do have one correction. Any member in good standing with NSSA now has until Oct 15 to make proposed rule changes. Proposed changes need to be sent to Sherm Schraft (sschraft at comcast.net) no later than October 15.
