Hi Mark

I will call team reps that I have phone numbers for after 7:00. If I
don't have numbers I will try and track them down.

Mike

OK

Lets do an Email vote to approve the Bylaws and Policy & Procedures
attached to this email.
Votes should be submitted by 7pm Wed. 2/27/08, please indicate which
team you are representing.

Please send votes by responding to this email and CC
mark at planetbortz.com.
Mike could you possible call team reps that we haven't heard from
after 7pm tomorrow?
You can email the verbal votes if any.

I agree that we can continue to clean up the Bylaws and P&Ps as we go
forward.
At least this way we can help meet the NSSA / USAWS deadline.

If there is great desire for a conference call Please let me know by
2pm Wed so that I can set it up and get the phone number out to
everyone.

Mark
