Here is the version updated by Bruce & Jeff.
How do we want to proceed on the issues that have been identified
yesterday by JoJo and others?  I think we can still complete this before
think tank.  People need to give me some more direction.

Lets get those emails flying or I can setup a conference call.

Good Morning Mark, et All;

Jeff Clark and I have reviewed the submitted MRSSA Bylaws and have cleaned
up Article numbers, spelling, punctuation, etc.  We approve these for
submittal to the NSSA BOD for their approval.  Your P&P Manual looks great
also, and appears to be ready to present to your Regional BOD for
approval.  Jeff did note that in the Sample Forms in the Appendix that the
Team Tax was wrong ($25 instead of $50) and corrected this for you.  This
requires no action by the NSSA BOD.

I am attaching a copy of of both for your use & records.

We want to thank all of you, especially Mark, for all of your hard work in
completing this project.
