[MRSSA News] Bylaws

I am attaching the last 'final copy' of the Bylaws that was distributed by 
Dave Nemec on 10/14/03.
This is the most current version I have.

I wanted to note that it states that our meetings will be held on 
"Saturday" vs "Sunday" - I know it's not a big deal, but if we are making 
revisions, this might be something we should change.
It also does state that the president must co-sign on all checks issued by 
the Treasurer.
Also interesting to note - the MRSSA was formed October 5, 1991.
