No we do not have 1 hotel big enough for all the teams. I will attach the list I think Little Crow has stayed at the Heartland Inn in the passed call and talk to Linda.

Yes, you are correct it is always the last full weekend in July.
 
In 2005, it will be July 30-31.
 
Larry Meany and the Waterhawks may be able to help you out with hotels.  He is on this distribution list and can respond if he has an 'official' tournament hotel.

Am I right in using the dates spelled out in the Midwest Regional tournament LOC agreement ( July 30-31) as the true dates of the tournament. I am looking at hotels for the team and trying to schedule out team events for the 2005 season. For some reason I thought the dates were earlier than that. If someone can clarify the date that would be great.
