Question for the tournament-

After reading through the MN boating guide and we need to ask if the
special events and docks exclusion has been requested from the local
sheriff.  Our dock should not be a problem without a license but we could
have a life jacket issue without the exemption (page 43 and 44).


Has the special events and docks exclusion been requested?????
