Notice to teams attending the regional tournament:

Although I will not be inspecting for compliance of your boats to Minnesota
regulations, there is likely nothing to keep the DNR enforcement people from
looking real close at you if they choose to.

I will also have copies of the applicable sections of this (above) document
with me, but Friday might be kinda late to be trying to get into
compliance...I'm just operating on the better safe than sorry theory
here...don't wanna see anyone have problems.
