Help!

I'm trying to compile a list of winners of the individual events from all
the past Minnesota State, Midstates & Midwest regional tournaments.  Records
are missing from a couple of years...

Here's what I need:

1994:	  (Lake Phalen, St. Paul) Doubles champions,  Freestyle jump champion
1998:	   (Island Lake, Shoreview, MN)Swivel champion, doubles champions,
freestyle jump champion, wakeboard champion-?
1999:	   (Mississippi River, Minneapolis)	Swivel champion, doubles
champions, freestyle jump champion (or did Team start this year?), wakeboard
champion

I have all the other champions' names.  Please respond with names, if you're
sure!
